"CERNAIA" residence is set in the heart of the Maremma, a magnificent and incomparable stretch of Tuscan land. In an area characterised by uncontaminated nature, it offers two types of apartments, managed by just one company, all with private front-rear garden, with about 150 square metres of exclusive green area.

At disposition of guests a large common garden, two swimming pools with chairs and umbrellas, to enjoy the maritime breeze and the beautiful panorama. There is a vast garden area with olive trees, cypresses and the arbusti typical from the Maremma area, a small play ground children and two Barbecues so you can taste the full flavors of the region.

On request Cernaia can organize horse riding, yachting, sailing and guided tours of the local National Park by the WWF to uncover the beauty of and richness of the region. For the lovers of underwater there are numerous possibilities to immerse in the sea and for days out on a boat to the discovery to the Tuscan seabeds!
